1008 ABORT Could not allocate a ringing circuit. Either all the ringing circuits
are in use or the ringing generator is defective or it is not wired
correctly.
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals a
maximum of 5 times.
2. If the test continues to abort, look for RING-GEN
errors in the Error Log. If an ABORT 1008 occurs for
this test on other circuit packs as well, then the
ringing generator may be defective or is not wired
correctly (see errors for RING-GEN). If it does not
occur on other ports, then all four ring phases are in
use.
1018 ABORT The test has been disabled by administration. The default for
the
