7.2.4.1
Switch status
This module monitors the position of the earthing switch or disconnector, that is,
whether the switch is in an open, closed, intermediate or faulty position.
The
OPENPOS
output is activated when the auxiliary input contact
POSCLOSE
input is
FALSE and the
POSOPEN
input is TRUE. The
CLOSEPOS
output is activated when the
POSOPEN
input is FALSE and the
POSCLOSE input is TRUE.
The
INVALIDPOS
output is activated when both auxiliary contacts have the same
value, that is, both are in the same logical level.
7.2.4.2
Inactivity monitoring
The purpose of the inactivity monitoring is to indicate if the earthing switch or
disconnector has not been operated for a long time.
This module calculates the number of days the earthing switch or disconnector has
remained inactive, that is, has stayed in the same open, closed and intermediate
or faulty state. The calculation is done by monitoring the states of the POSOPEN,
POSCLOSE auxiliary contacts. The inactive days INA_DAYS is available in the
monitored data view. For relay retrofit installations, it is possible to initialize
