The port was seized by a valid call during the test. The test
has been aborted.
1. Use the display port PCSSpp command to determine the
station extension.
2. Use the status station command to determine the
service state of the port.
3. If the port is in use, wait until the port is idle and retry the
command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 5 times.

This test is not run on ports administered as External Alert,
Announcement or combined modem pool ports. This error can
be ignored.
