Q.SAAL (Data Link) Layer
Are ATM signaling messages reaching A500 Call Control?
1. Enter show signaling stats port qsaal on the A500 console. Screen 5-28
on page 5-90 shows the screen output.

NOTE:
If there is no connection between the TN230X and the A500 at the Q.SAAL
protocol layer, then no report is displayed.

summary command to verify that

Units with the A500. This occurs even if the TN230X did not achieve
board insertion.
