1. Retry the command at 1 minute intervals for a maximum of
5 retries.
2. If the test continues to abort and the port is not in use,
escalate the problem.

tests can only be run on outgoing trunks.

This error occurs when the TN771 circuit pack uplinks a
message that is not the proper response for this test. The
anticipated uplink messages are seize, ring or answer.
1. Verify that the Trunk is administered properly.

1. Get the test line data and verify it with the far end. Dial the
test number manually to see if the TTL is reached. If it is
not, then either the number is wrong, or the far end is
administered incorrectly.
