This is not a test and will always pass without identifying or reporting any
Tone-Clock circuit pack errors.
TDM-Clock Circuit Pack Type Test (#574)
The purpose of this query is to check if the required type of Tone-Clock circuit
pack (TN780) is present when the Stratum 3 clock is administered.

1. Wait 1 minute and retry the test.
FAIL
The Tone-Clock circuit pack in the system is not a TN780. The
Stratum 3 clock requires a TN780 Tone-Clock circuit pack.
1. Replace the Tone-Clock circuit pack with a TN780. The
old circuit pack may still be good, and need not be
discarded.
PASS
The required TN780 circuit pack is present.
