Power Unit Query Test (#127)
This test queries the Maintenance/Tape Processor in a Standard system PPN, the
Duplication Interface circuit pack in a PPN for a High or Critical Reliability system,
or the EPN Maintenance circuit pack in an EPN multicarrier cabinet system for the
status of the pair of port carrier power units in the specified carrier. If both port
carrier units are on and functioning, the test passes. If both are not on and
functioning, the test fails.
