ATM Board Time Of Day Update (#1261)
The nondestructive ATM-TOD-UPD test updates the system time that the
ATM-TRK circuit pack uses for SDH/SONET performance monitoring and
synchronizes the ATM-TRK circuit pack with the DEFINITY system clock. This test
is run during initialization, scheduled maintenance, and craft long test.

Internal system error. Did not send the time of day information to
the board.
Retry the command up to 3 times at 1-minute intervals.
If the test aborts with the same error code, escalate the problem.
PASS
The ATM-TRK circuit pack is successfully updated with system
time.
If the status port-network command still indicates that this link is
down, it is possible that one or both of the ATM-TRK circuit packs
have been busied out.
If the link still does not come up, reset one or both ATM-TRK
circuit packs on the link.

BOARD
No board detected.
Check the error log for wrong board (Error 125) or no board (Error
131). Resolve either of these issues, if applicable.
Check that the board is properly translated and inserted. If so,
check for hyperactivity (Error 1538). If hyperactive, use the reset
board UUCSS command.
Run the test again. If it fails, the board could be bad. Replace the
board and retest.
