Packet Interface Test (#598)
This non-destructive test checks the packet bus interface circuitry on the VAL
circuit pack. Test failure indicates faulty circuit pack.

FAIL
The circuit pack detects LAPD frame errors. The error code
indicates the value of the on-board error counter.
Retry the command at 1-minute intervals, up to 5 times.
If the test continues to fail, execute the Packet Interface Test
(#598) (test board UUCSS long).
If Packet Interface Test (#598) fails, see repair procedures for
Test (#598).
PASS
Circuit pack detects no errors.
