I9B31 [Retract]Jam at the second
moving path sensor (FDS09). 1. Open the BM2(7) and then remove
the residual media and alien materials.
2. Check the 3Way-Gate1 operation
state (FDM06)
I9B32 [Retract]Jam at the 3Way2 control
sensor (FDS12) 1. Open the third moving path (8) and
then remove the residual media and
alien materials.
2. Check the 3Way-Gate2 operation
state (FDM07)
I9B33 [Retract]Jam at Cassette1 entry
detection sensor (FDS18) 1. Open the BM2(7) and remove the
residual media at the moving path (6)
and Cassette1(14) entry.
2. Execute initialization.
I9B34 [Retract]Jam at the sensor
(NCS07) detecting the number of
papers which enter into the
Cassette1. 1. Check residual media or alien
materials at the Cassette1(14) entry and
remove those.
I9B35 [Retract]Reject detection sensor
(RJS08) jam. 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
2. Execute initialization.
I9B36 [Retract]Print detection sensor
(PRS01) jam. 1. Open the third moving path (8) and
then remove the residual media and
alien materials.
2. Check the 3Way-Gate2 operation
state (FDM07)
I9B37 [Retract]Jam at RT Box entry
detection sensor (FDS16) 1. Open the BM3 moving path and then
remove the residual media and alien
materials.
2. Check the arrangement state of
banknotes in the RT box.

residual media at the moving path (6, 7,
8, 9).
2. Remove the notes in the Retract Box.
3. Execute initialization.

Cassette2 entry (11).
2. Execute initialization.

remove those.

media. 1. Check the inside of the Bundle(1).
2. Remove the notes and alien materials
in the Bundle(1).
3. If no alien material exists in the
Bundle(1),
Check and remove the alien materials
in the internal sensors.
4. If no alien material exists, check
whether the Bundle sensor is polluted
