Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I3846 [Entry In/Out]INK cartridge assy is
not on the home position. 1. Mount the INK cartridge ASSY on the
home position.
I3851 [Entry In/Out]ALG, Recog moving
path motors do not run. 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
2. Execute initialization.
I3852 [Entry In/Out]PRT, RT Box, Reject
entry part motors do not run. 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
2. Execute initialization.
I3855 [Entry In/Out]Media remain on the
moving path. 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
2. Execute initialization.
