Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
5A2GB00 Encoder Sensor(GS207) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Light status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #2 and
open its door.(B)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS207 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
5A2GC00 Encoder Sensor(GS207) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Dark status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #2 and
open its door.(B)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS207 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
5A2GG00 Encoder Sensor(GS213) for
Stack Roller failed to detect
Dark status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #2 and
open its door.(B)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS213 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
5A2GH00 Encoder Sensor(GS213) for
Stack Roller failed to detect
Light status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #2 and
open its door.(B)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS213 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
5A32500 Error occurred by the notes
remained on the GS305 during
Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Remove the recycle cassette (C)
4. Put down the Stage after open the
recycle cassette door (C)
5. Remove notes and substance using
jam removal Knob in the upper side
6. Check whether the sensor is
contaminated or not if there are No
notes or substance
5A35500 Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the GS305
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Remove the recycle cassette (C)
4. Put down the Stage after open the
recycle cassette door (C)
5. Remove notes and substance using
jam removal Knob in the upper side
6. Check whether the sensor is
contaminated or not if there are No
notes or substance
