545G400 Failure to upword moving of
PP during RC5 stack roller
retreat movement in the
Deposit Cancel . 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Remove the recycle cassette (E)
4. Open the recycle cassette door (E)
5. Check cassette status to move stage
up and down
6. Check the lower edge of the
door´s right side(Key part) if you
don´t find any problem
545G500 Failure of RC5 stack roller
retreat during Deposit Cancel. 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Remove the recycle cassette (E)
4. Put down the Stage after open the
recycle cassette door (E)
5. Check the jam removal knob rotates
softly
545G600 Exceeds retry count limit of
detecting RC5 stack
roller´s falling back and
avoiding during Deposit
Cancel. 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Remove the recycle cassette (E)
4. Put down the Stage after open the
recycle cassette door (E)
5. Check the jam removal knob rotates
softly
545G800 Failure to RC5 push pressure
movement during Deposit
Cancel. 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Remove the recycle cassette (E)
4. Put down the Stage after open the
recycle cassette door (E)
5. Check the upper side of the recycle
cassette
545GA00 RC5 solenoid echo error
during Deposit Cancel. 1. Open the lower unit
2. Open the Mid Transport Path
3. Reload the recycle cassette (E) after
removing recycle cassette
4. Replace the cassette when same
error occurs
545GB00 Encoder Sensor(GS507) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Light status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Deposit Cancel. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #5 and
open its door.(E)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS507 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
545GC00 Encoder Sensor(GS507) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Dark status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Deposit Cancel. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #5 and
open its door.(E)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS507 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
