Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
5Q2GB00 Encoder Sensor(GS207) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Light status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM + TE. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #2 and
open its door.(B)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS207 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
5Q2GC00 Encoder Sensor(GS207) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Dark status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM + TE. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #2 and
open its door.(B)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS207 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
