Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I1520 [Initialize]For Escrow Drum
winding (50ms+2591Step), the
tape start is not light-detected for
50ms continuously, and a fault
occurs when 6s is exceeded. 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the ESS06 media and
pollution.
3. Check Motor (ESM01)
4. Execute CCIM initialization.
I1521 [Initialize]For Escrow Drum
winding (50ms+2591Step), the
Drum motor is not stopped and a
fault occurs when a timeout
occurs. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I1522 [Initialize]For Escrow Drum
winding (50ms+5730Step), the
tape start is not light-detected for
50ms continuously, and a fault
occurs when 6s is exceeded. 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the ESS06 media and
pollution.
3. Check Motor (ESM01)
4. Execute CCIM initialization.

2. Remove the media at the Escrow
Drum residual check (ESS03) and
output check (ESS04) sensor part and
the pollution.
3. Execute CCIM initialization.
I1525 [Initialize]When rewinding the
Escrow Drum and detecting the
tape start (45s), the tape start is
not light-detected for 50 ms
continuously and if 45s is
exceeded, a fault occurs. 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the ESS06 media and
pollution.
3. Check Motor (ESM01)
4. Execute CCIM initialization.
I1526 [Initialize]Residual media at the
Escrow entry (ESS03, ESS04)
when detecting tape start
(2093Step) by unwinding the
Escrow Drum 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the media at the Escrow
Drum residual check (ESS03) and
output check (ESS04) sensor part and
the pollution.
3. Execute CCIM initialization.
I1527 [Initialize]Residual media at the
Escrow entry part (ESS03,
ESS04) when setting the tape end
position by winding the Escrow
Drum 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the media at the Escrow
Drum residual check (ESS03) and
output check (ESS04) sensor part and
the pollution.
3. Execute CCIM initialization.
I1528 [Initialize]When winding the
Escrow Drum and setting the tape
end, the tape end is not dark-
detected for 50 ms continuously
and if 45s is exceeded, a fault
occurs. 1. Open the Escrow Part(12).
2. Remove the ESS07 media and
pollution.
3. Check Motor (ESM01)
4. Execute CCIM initialization.
I1529 [Initialize]The Escrow Drum hole is
not detected on the home position
(ESS01, ESS02).
