Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
5A5GB00 Encoder Sensor(GS507) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Light status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #5 and
open its door.(E)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS507 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.
5A5GC00 Encoder Sensor(GS507) for
Feed Motor failed to detect
Dark status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #5 and
open its door.(E)
4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS507 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.

Stack Roller failed to detect
Dark status when Feed Motor
runs in stacking direction
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the lower unit.
2. Open the Mid Transport Path.
3. Take out the recycle cassette #5 and

4. Remove jammed notes or substance
using any wheels on the upper side.
5. See whether GS513 works fine if
there is nothing jammed.

Stack Roller failed to detect

Retract CSM. 1. Open the upper unit
2. Open the CSM(1)
3. Remove notes and substance in the
CSM(1)
4. Check whether the sensor is
contaminated or not if there are No
notes or substance
5A62200 No notes error during Retract
CSM. 1. Open the upper unit
2. Open the CSM(1)
3. Insert Notes into the CSM(1).
5A62300 Notes insert exceed error
during Retract CSM. 1. Open the upper unit
2. Open the CSM(1)
3. Remove notes and substance in the
CSM(1)
4. Check whether the sensor is
contaminated or not if there are No
notes or substance
5A62400 CSM undifined command error
during Retract CSM. 1. Operate to initialize BRM(Recovery)
