Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I3E0D [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the AAS03 1. Open the alignment(4) cover and
remove the residual media and alien
materials.
2. Initialize the device.
3. Check the alignment(4) cover lock
state.
I3E0E [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the RCS01 1. Remove the internal media and alien
materials in the Recognition(5).
2. Initialize the device.
3. If the same fault continuously occurs
after checking the device, replace the
Recognition(5) Module.
I3E0F [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the FDS07 1. Open the BM2(7) Upper Guide and
remove the residual media and alien
material.
2. Open the BM3 moving path to remove
the residual media.
I3E10 [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the FDS23 1. Open the BM2(7) Upper Guide and
remove the residual media and alien
material.
2. Open the BM3 moving path to remove
the residual media.
I3E11 [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the FDS09 1. Open the BM2(7) and then remove
the residual media and alien materials.
2. Check the 3Way-Gate1 operation
state (FDM06)

Transport Path on the FDS12 1. Open the third moving path (8) and
then remove the residual media and
alien materials.
2. Check the 3Way-Gate2 operation
state (FDM07)

Transport Path on the FDS18 1. Open the BM2(7) and remove the
residual media at the moving path (6)
and Cassette1(14) entry.
2. Execute initialization.
I3E14 [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the NCS07 1. Check residual media or alien
materials at the Cassette1(14) entry and
remove those.
I3E15 [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the RJS08 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
2. Execute initialization.
I3E16 [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the PRS01 1. Open the third moving path (8) and
then remove the residual media and
alien materials.
2. Check the 3Way-Gate2 operation
state (FDM07)

Transport Path on the FDS16 1. Open the BM3 moving path and then
remove the residual media and alien
materials.
2. Check the arrangement state of
banknotes in the RT box.
I3E18 [Entry In/Out]Error occurred by the
Transport Path on the RTS02 1. Open the BM2(7) and remove the
residual media at the moving path (6, 7,
8, 9).
2. Remove the notes in the Retract Box.
3. Execute initialization.
