Troubleshooting
I1903
[Initialize]PRS02 sensor is not
light-detected during initialization
and the limit of retries (3 times) is
exceeded.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.
I1904
[Initialize] When moving to the
home position, PRS02 sensor is
dark after trying it three times but
the dark point cannot be found.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.
I1905
[Initialize] When moving to the
home position, PRS02 sensor is
light after trying it three times but
the light point cannot be found.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.
I1906
[Initialize] When moving to the
PREFIRE position, PRS02 sensor
is dark after trying it three times
but the dark point cannot be
found.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.

[Initialize] When moving to the
PREFIRE position, PRS02 sensor
is light after trying it three times
but the light point cannot be found.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.

[Initialize] When moving to the
CAPPING position, PRS02 sensor
is dark after trying it three times
but the dark point cannot be
found.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.

[Initialize] When moving to the
CAPPING position, PRS02 sensor
is light after trying it three times
but the light point cannot be found.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.

[Initialize]When moving to the
CAPPING position and PRS02
sensor is dark, PRM01 motor
runs.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.

[Initialize]When moving to the
CAPPING position and PRS02
sensor is dark, PRM01 motor
runs.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and

[Initialize]For PREFIRE, 10 or
more errors have occurred.
1. Open the BM3 moving path and
remove the media.
2. If the same fault continuously occur
after checking the device, replace the
PRT Module.

[Initialize] Jam at the BC entry
sensor (BCS01,BCS02).
1. Open the BC cover(3) and remove the
residual media and alien materials.
2. Check the BC Lock state.
