Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I9807 [Retract]Retract Box is not on the
home position. 1. Check whether the Retract Box(13) is
on the home position.
2. Execute initialization.
I9808 [Retract] Media remains at the first
drive part and the BC part or the
BC is open. 1. Remove the residual media at the
SCM(2) and BC(3).
2. BC Cover(3) Close
3. Execute initialization.
I9809 [Retract]Alignment part residual
fault 1. Alignment(4) part residual media
Execute initialization.
I980A [Retract]Recognition part residual
fault 1. Remove the residual media at the
Recognition(5).
2. Execute initialization.

residual fault 1. Open the BM2(7) and remove the
residual media at the moving path.
