Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I1801 [Initialize] A command was not
executed due to a fault which has
occurred while preparing the main
task. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I1802 [Initialize]Main Task force shut
down. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I1803 [Initialize] Receives a command
which has not been defined in the
main task. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I1804 [Initialize]Internal Error while the
main task is operating. 1. Execute CCIM initialization.
2. Reboot the system when the same
error occurs after initialization.
I1805 [Initialize]Timeout occurs in
Bundle/Print/Cassette part
operation. 1. Remove the residual media from
Bundle(1), Print part(10, 11), and
Cassette part(14, 15).
2. Execute initialization.
I1806 [Initialize]Reject part residual fault 1. Open the door of Reject(9) part and
remove the residual media.
2. Execute initialization.
I1807 [Initialize]Retract Box is not on the
home position. 1. Check whether the Retract Box(13) is
