Code Problem Description Troubleshooting
I3811 [Entry In/Out]Media remaining at
the Cassette2 entry 1. Remove the residual media at the
Cassette2 entry (11).
2. Execute initialization.
I3812 [Entry In/Out]Cassette1 is not on
the home position. 1. Check whether the Cassette1(14) is
on the home position.
2. Execute initialization.
I3813 [Entry In/Out]No Cassette. 1. Check whether the Cassette1(14) and
the Cassette2(15) are on the home
position.
2. Execute initialization.
I3814 [Entry In/Out]Timeout occurs in
operation. 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
2. Execute initialization.
I3815 [Entry In/Out]Timeout occurs in
operation. 1. Remove the residual media in the
device.
