It is possible to

If the treatment is to be continued at this point, press

and increase the treatment time (

Keypad

. Increase the UF volume, or set the

min UF rate to zero.

Return The Blood

CAUTION

During rinse-back procedure, when the blood is returned to the

patient, the operator is responsible for monitoring the venous

pressure since the supervision of venous needle dislocation is

deactivated.

The arterial clamp can be open

during rinse-back procedure by

preset. This is to facilitate returning all blood in the extracorporeal

circuit to the patient. Bear in mind that if this preset is active, the

operator is fully responsible for manually clamping the arterial blood

line and checking it for air whenever necessary during rinse back

procedure.
