► Connect the R&S
ZNL/ZNLE to the AC power supply using the supplied power
cable.
Since the instrument is assembled in line with the specifications for safety class
EN61010, it must only be connected to an outlet that has a ground contact.

Changing the AC Supply Fuse
If the battery option R&S
FPL1-B31 is installed (
R&S
ZNL only!
), an AC supply fuse is
built into the AC power supply connector. Only use fuses of the type 5A T
IEC60127-2/V (order no. 0099.6735.00). Such fuses are used for all of the specified
nominal AC supply voltages.
To change the AC supply fuses
1. Disconnect the power cable.
2. Open the flap covering the fuse holder using a small screwdriver (or similar).
3. Remove the fuse holder.
4. Remove the fuse and install the new one.
5. Reinsert the fuse holder.
6. Close the flap.

Connecting an Optional DC Power Supply (R&S
FPL1-B30)
The R&S
ZNL can also be equipped with an optional (internal) DC power supply
(R&S
FPL1-B30). If installed, the R&S
ZNL can be operated by a DC voltage of 10.4
V
to 28
V.
This option is not available for the R&S
ZNLE.
