Enter the IP address of the collector in dotted decimal format
for IPv4 or x:x:x:x::x format for IPv6.
NOTE:
The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal
fields of zeros.

Enter the keyword
agent-addr
followed by the sFlow agent IP
address in dotted decimal format for IPv4 or x:x:x:x::x format for
IPv6.

(OPTIONAL) Enter the user datagram protocol (UDP) port
number. The range is from 0 to 65535. The default is 6343.
