5-2 IOWR Instruction to Transfer Data
5-2-1 Overview
Position data, system parameters, and servo parameters can be written to the
MC Unit by executing the CPU Unit’s IOWR instruction. Present position pre-
set is also executed by IOWR instruction.

3) Data Writing
Execute the IOWR instruction
