Enabling/Disabling the CFM Protocol
The
cfm
command, in Global Configuration mode, enables/disables the CFM protocol on the
devices and enters into the CFM Protocol Configuration mode.
The
no
form of the command resets the CFM protocol to its default value.

Enables the CFM protocol.

Creating Maintenance Domains
The
domain
command, in CFM Protocol Configuration mode, creates a maintenance domain with
a specified level and name, and enters into the Specific Maintenance Domain mode, specified in
the command argument. The
no
form of the command removes the specified domain from the
CFM Protocol Configuration mode.
