Fast Recovery Configuration
Following is a configuration example for the Spanning Tree IGMP Fast recovery.
Figure 10
shows
a network configuration with triangle topology followed by the configuration of the three switches.
Switch 1 is MSTP Root for Instance 0 and there is one blocked port in the topology. The multicast
traffic flows from port 1/1/8 of Switch 1 to port 1/1/8 of Switch 3.
