Restoring Monitoring Default Configuration
The
default
command, in Monitoring Configuration mode, restores
the indicator monitoring
configuration to default settings.

Setting Log Alert Notifications for a Specific Indicator
The
log
command, in Monitoring Configuration mode, enables logging alert notifications for the
configured indicator.
If logging alert notification is enabled, an alert message is written to the log and history files when:
•
the indicator status is Fail
-or-
•
the indicator measured value exceeds its configured limit
-or-
•
the indicator measured value crosses a configured delta point.
To use the Syslog server, see chapter “
Configuring System Message Logging
”.
By default, log messages are enabled.

enable
Enables the monitoring alerts.
disable
Disables the monitoring alerts.
