Specifies the holding priority.
Setting Maximum Extra Hops for Backup LSPs
The
max-backup-hops
command, in
LSP
Configuration mode, specifies the maximum number of
extra hops the backup path is allowed to make, from a Point of Local Repair to a Merge Point (The
PLR and MP are not taken into account when counting). A hop-limit of 0 means that only direct
links between PLR and MP can be used.The
no
form of this command is used to set this parameter
to the default value.
By default
max-backup-hops
value is 32.

Specifies the maximum hops value.
Setting/Unsetting Guarded Destination
The
guarded-destination
command, in LSP Configuration mode, sets the destination (last hop) of
the LSPs that will be protected by the current LSP.
The
no
form of this command removes the guarded destination.
NOTE
Guarded Destination can be set for a tunnel if Fast Re-Route has been disabled and
Fast-ReRoute-Mode has not been set.

Setting the Global LSP MTU Value
The
mpls lsps mtu
command, in Global Configuration mode, sets the global maximum
transmission unit (MTU) value used by RSVP for all LSPs. The
no
form of the command restores
the default.
The default MTU LSP value is 1500.
