vpls mode
Sets the global operation mode for the device to qualified or
unqualified mode.
vpls uplink-ports
Defines the uplink ports that will be used when setting the H-VPLS
mode.
vpls revertive-mode
Enables/disables VPLS revertive mode.
Setting the Device Qualified/Unqualified H-VPLS-Mode
The
vpls mode
command, in Global Configuration mode, sets the global operation mode for the
device to qualified or unqualified or completely disables this mode.
If qualified mode is configured, each user service is defined as a port and a VLAN number. If
unqualified mode is configured, the user is defined as a port only. All VLANs, which are defined
on that port, are forwarded to the specific SDP.
NOTE
In qualified mode all SAPs should pertain to one and the same VLAN.
