SUPPLIES
Digital Detector and its floppy disk / CD-ROM with parameters.
Order the digital detector according to your system configuration and country as summarized in the table
below.

When investigating a Detector problem, never attempt to open a defective Detector and never at-
tempt to remove the Detector carbon top cover.
If you open a defective Detector or remove the Detector carbon top cover, the Detector warranty
is void and the repair center will not take the responsibility to repair the Detector.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING
- Power off the Gantry before disconnecting or working on the Digital Detector.
- If the casing is punctured, wear protective gloves and dust masks when removing the
detector. Send the protective items for disposal along with the defective detector.
- The Digital Detector is cumbersome. Two people are required for its removal and installa-
tion (see section
). Follow standard safety practices for handling large com-
ponents.
