26.8 Shutdown Procedure
This section describes the procedure to shut down an SR-MGC(S).

The following explains how to shut down the SR-MGC(S) when PCPro can be connected to the SR-MGC(S).
STEP 1: Execute the SINZ command.
Execute the SINZ command using PCPro to operate the followings.

USE Optional Function
check box.

Shutdown
under the
Process Kind Select
.

Click the
Execute
button.
STEP 2: Power off SR-MGC(S).
Wait for five minutes after the shutdown. Confirm the LOAD lamp is not lighted or flashing before
turing off the power switch on the rear panel of SR-MGC(S).
The following explains how to shut down the SR-MGC(S) when PCPro is not available but the Telephony Serv-
er Maintenance Menu can be connected to the SR-MGC(S).
STEP 1: Start up Telephony Server Maintenance.
Start the Internet Explorer on a maintenance PC, and then enter “http://xxx.xxx.xxx:9801/” in the
address bar.
An IP address of the SR-MGC has to be entered in “xxx”.
STEP 2: Operate Telephony Server Maintenance Menu.
Once the login screen appears, enter a User Name and Password, and then click
OK
to log on to
Telephony Server Maintenance Menu.
Perform the following procedure after a successful login.
