SR-MGC
27.1.3 Office Data Copy to SR-MGC
Telephony Server’s office data can be copied to SR-MGC to match the data settings between the Tele-
phony Server and the SR-MGC. Data copy is performed via FTP.
The copy is activated in the following two ways:
•
Periodic sending
Office data copy starts once a day after the periodic Health Check. The number of SR-MGCs to
which office data copy is executed per day is determined by the system data. When the office data
copy fails, system message is output to inform the SR-MGC Number.
•
Real-time sending
Office data copy can be executed manually by using Manual Copy function of the CMNT com-
mand, after the office data backup on the Telephony Server to affect the changed data to SR-MGC.
Note:
The following types of data are copied to SR-MGC from the Telephony Server.
-DM (Data Memory)
-LDM (Local Data Memory)
-NDM (Network Data Memory)
-CF (Call Forwarding Data)
-SPD (Speed Dialing Data)
-RCF (Wireless Call Forwarding Data)
-ND (Name DisplayData)
-ACD DM (ACD Data Memory)
-GPLP (Application Data Memory managed by LP)
-GPSP (Application Data Memory managed by SP)
-GPCM (Application Data Memory managed by CM)

Data copy request (UDP)
<Periodic office data copy from Telephony Server to SR-MGC>
Telephony Server receives a result of office data
copy (OK/NG) from SR-MGC and stores the log.
After the periodic Health Check, Telephony Server
sends the request for office data copy to the first numbered
SR-MGC once a day.
Telephony Server sends the request to the next
SR-MGC in order.
The procedure is repeated to the last numbered SR-MGC.
(ASYDL, SYS1, Index 844 and 845 determines the number
of SR-MGCs to which office data copy is executed.)
System Message [10-F] is output when the office
data copy fails.
