TERMINALS
<Service Conditions>
(1) Phone book call origination feature is provided by the phone book mode of 16LD ADM.
(2) Prime line will be seized when one touch call origination is operated.
(3) When call origination has been attempted while the station is in pre-line selected state, or while the station
is already originating a call, the line currently in use will be used to originate a call.
(4) Call origination is not available while prime line is terminating a call.
(5) Call origination is not available while prime line has been used by another terminal.
(6) When caller has pressed the key with no data assigned in directory, 16LD ADM is shifted to idle state and
turn to DSS mode.
<Interaction>
(1) This feature uses digit buffering process of dynamic dial pad feature, therefore service condition of dynam-
ic dial pad feature applies.
<Programming>
(1) Data setting on system side is not necessary when using the directory mode, because the control of 16LD
ADM will be separated from the system once the DIR/EXIT key is pressed.
<Operating Procedure when using the Add-On Module>
Using ADM Directory
STEP 1: Press “DIR/Exit” key to enter the Phonebook Directory.
The top row of the ADM LCD will show the total number of stored entries (stored/100 maximum entries).
Note:
“Other” in the bottom row will indicate the list which the prefix is not alphabet, such a digits or symbols
which you saved.
STEP 2: Select the 1st letter of the saved Index that you would like to search. Use the Up and Down arrow keys
to scroll the saved phonebook entries.
Note:
If there are not any saved entries for the selected index abbreviation, “No saved entries for this index”
will be displayed.
[1] The “Scroll saved entries” button can be used to search/scroll other saved entries.
[2] The “Back” button will return you to the previous menu.
STEP 3: Selecting a listed entry will show the stored “Name” and “Telephone number” information
Note:
Use the Up and Down arrows to scroll the alphabetized entries if the desired entries are not displayed
in the LCD display.
