DRS Message is Unreceivable!
Registration message cannot be received from DRS. Possible cause is:
•
VS-32(Dual) sets incorrect IP address of DRS.
• DRS is shut down.
• VS-32(Dual) has incorrect IP network setting.
• Channel route between VS-32(Dual) and DRS is disconnected.
• Execute SHOW IPADDRESS command to check the DRS’s IP ad-
dress setting is correct on VS-32(Dual).
• Check the DRS is on operating state.
• Execute ADTM command on PCPro to send Ping and check the re-
sponse is normally received.
This VS is Unregistered!
VS-32(Dual) is not programmed on DRS.
Assign VS-32(Dual) data on DRS by PCPro.
PH is Unavailable on Server!
PH on DRS does not work properly.
Confirm whether the PH works normally on DRS.
Exceeded Capability!
DRS exceeds the registration capacity.
Registration number for IP terminal reaches capacity. Check the capac-
ity of PH.
Parse Error!
VS-32(Dual) sends incorrect message.
Wait for a while and then check the operating state later. When the
VS32(Dual) keeps this state continuously, there is a possibility that op-
eration error may occur. Try power OFF
→
ON.
Receive Result is not Support!
Messages from DRS include some data impossible to analyze.
Unacceptable setting on VS-32(Dual) firmware is informed from DRS.
•
Investigate the DRS not to be out of control.
• Confirm the VS-32(Dual)’s firmware version complies with system
program.
Receive Registration Data Error!
Conference information from DRS is incorrect.
Data setting on VS-32(Dual) is illegal. Reassign the data referring to
manual.
E1 Message Receive Time Out!
Partially initial setting command is not received from the DRS.
• Collision may occur on the network. Check the state of network.
• There is a possibility of DRS shut down during registration. When
this state continues, confirm the DRS operates normally.
Waiting Response from DHCP Now!
VS-32(Dual) is trying to request IP address to DHCP server.
VS-32(Dual) is applying for getting IP address with DHCP server. Wait
for a while and then check the state again.
