CONFIGURATION SETUP
Note:
In the case of download failure, the LCD displays the message below.
The following table lists the points to be checked. Try downloading again.
When the LCD responses “Download Failed” message again even after some retry, the memory of the ter-
minal may be damaged. Contact a maintenance personnel.

STEP 1: Prepare download file on FTP/TFTP server. (See STEP 1 in [1] Configuration Setting on Terminal.)
STEP 2: Select [Maintenance]
→
[Download Menu]
→
[Download Files].
[Config] for Configuration file download
[Boot & Program] for Boot & Program file download
[Flash Memory Image] for Flash memory image file download
[Voice File] for voice file download
[Language Pack] for translation data file download

Note:
Web Programming does not support the downloading of Music-on-Hold, Ringing Tone, and Terminal
Phonebook files. Refer to [1] Configuration Setting on Terminal
for these types of file downloading.
Note 1:
For firmware versions earlier than 4.0.0.0 (except for DT730G), displayed as “Translation Data.”
CAUSE
COUNTERMEASURES
Target download file is not put in the directory
specified by FTP/TFTP server.
Place the download file on the directory where
FTP/TFTP server specifies.
File name differs between the file on the FTP/
TFTP server and the file you try to download.
Assign the same file name on the server and on
the terminal.
The IP address of FTP/TFTP server assigned on
the configuration setting is wrong.
Enter correct IP address of FTP/TFTP server.
FTP/TFTP server or the network device (e.g.
HUB) between the server and the terminal is not
turned on.
Turn the power on for the devices.
LAN cable disconnection.
Connect LAN cable to the terminal and FTP/
TFTP server.
Download Failed!
