The bottom vertical plane of the wall used for analysis and design.

Wall Foundations
Wall foundations are members of the structural foundation category. You can place these foundations along
structural walls, in either a plan or 3D view.
Wall foundations are constrained to the wall that they support. They move with the wall when you move
the wall.
You join wall foundations using the Join tool.
Creating a Wall Foundation
Foundations snap to walls. Before placing the foundations, open a view that already contains structural
walls.

On the Structural tab of the Design Bar, click Foundation
➤
Wall.

Select the desired walls in the view.
