Select the building pad.
NOTE
Use the TAB key to cycle through the selection options. Selection options are displayed on
the left side of the status bar.

On the Options Bar, click Edit.

On the Design Bar, click Slope Arrow.

Sketch the slope arrow on the building pad.

With the slope arrow highlighted, click
(Element Properties).

For Specify, choose either Height at Tail or Slope.

If you select Height at Tail, then select a level and specify a height offset for both the tail
and head of the arrow
■
If you select Slope, then select a level and specify a height offset for the tail, then the input
value for Slope

Click OK.

Click Finish Sketch.
Building Pad Properties
You can change the properties of building pad types and building pad instances.
Modifying Building Pad Properties

Open a site or plan view.

Select the building pad.

Click
(Element Properties).

To change properties of the building pad instance, change the values in the Element Properties
dialog.
■
To change the properties of the building pad type, click Edit/New in the Element Properties
dialog, and change the properties as desired.

Property changes made to a building pad type affect all building pads of this type in the project.
(To create a new building pad type, click Duplicate.)

When finished, click OK.
