1 Deaeration hose
2 Deaeration valve
Hold the deaeration hose over a drain-
age.

Danger
Risk of injury on account of any concentrat-
ed detergent coming out of the hose. Do
not direct the hose on persons or animals.
Open the deaeration valve.
Start the high pressure pump by open-
ing the hand spray gun and wait until
the vacuum pipe is free of air bubbles.
After deaerating the last detergent vac-
uum pipe: Set programme to 'rinsing' at
the programme selection switch and let
it run for 5 seconds.
Close the hand spray gun.
Close deaeration valve.
Roll up the deaeration hose and hang it
above the deaeration valve.
Turn back the dosage pump to the initial
value.
Danger
Risk of fire. Follow local regulations for
handling fuels.
Caution
If the fuel tank is empty, the fuel pump runs
dry; this can damage the pump. Check the
fuel tank regularly.
Open the fuel tank.
Fill in the fuel (see technical specifica-
tions).
Close the fuel tank.
Caution
Risk of functional disturbances. While filling
the softening salts, use only the softening
salt in the tablet form listed in the chapter
"Accessories".
Open the salt tank.
Fill up softening salt up to a level above the
water level; better: just fill it to the top.
Close the salt tank.
Caution
Absence of a softener liquid can lead to the
formation of calcium deposits in the plant
and disrupt its functioning. Check regularly
the filling level in the container for softener
liquid.
Open the container for softener liquid.
Fill in RM 110.
Close the container.
Notice
Equipments without anti freeze may not be
operated during a time of frost.
The anit freeze equipment contains:

Heat insulation
–
fan heater
–
Anit freeze cycle cleaning tool
–
outside thermostat (optional)
Notice
By integrated anit freeze equipments, the
following features are guaranteed.
–
Unlimited washing operation up to -
5gard C.
–
Reduced washing operation below -5
grad C. By the reduced washing opera-
tion, the brushed must be check of
freezing regularly. If washing with a fro-
zen brush, the vehicle might get dam-
aged. By frozen brushes, the combi- jet
must be exchanged by the high pres-
sure jet. If you wish to extent the opera-
tion to lower temperature, please
contact your local service agent. At –15
°C the washing is not recommanded,
since there will be a sheet of ice on the
vehicle. it is possible, that this sheet of
ice might interfere with functions of im-
portant parts of the vehicle. Therefore
the equipment will by –15 °C, after ad-
justing the operation mode selection
swich into the anti freeze stop.
–
Anti free safty –20 °C. Below –20 °C
perform the „shutdown by frost“ .

Warning
Danger of injury by freezing. By freezing
shuts down the equipment, in order to
avoid danger of injury.
Notice
Conditions concerning the anti freeze are:

The operation mode selection switch on
the operation panel has to be set on anti
freeze. In the setting "0/OFF" the anti
freeze is deactivated.
–
Power supply and water supply must be
secured without interruption. The water
supply must be may not freeze.
–
Set up and installation must be done, ac-
cording to the section "equipment set up".
–
The fan heater is adjusted correctly.
–
All maintenance, according to section
"maintenance and service" were per-
formed correctly.
–
The cleaning tools were put into the
storage container.
–
The hand blowing gun including the
anti freeze drill is installed.
–
The pipesof the equipment connecting
the cleaning tool was not extended, or
exchanged by a longer pipe.
–
The temperatures mentioned above are
according to the place the equipment is
set up. the temperature, according to
the weather announcements are valid.
–
There is enough fuel.
The fan heater does heat the inside of the
equipment, in order to protect the equip-
ment from frost.
Access to the operation elements:
Pull he blank holder of the fan heater
apart, and pull out of the flase floor.
Pull down the heater and holder.

Adjustments:
operation swith to "II"
Thermostat switch:
Above -10 °C: Anti freeze ( snow flake)
Below -10 °C: Set to „I“, that's to mean „II“.
Notice
The anti freeze is only functioning, if the
equipment is turned on and the door is
closed. The operation mode switch may not
be at "0/OFF" outside. The power input of
the equipment, may not be interrupted.

Warning!
Dangers of burning, if fan heater does over-
heat. The incoming and outgoing air open-
ings may not be covered up. Freezing
damage because of not unforeseeable
power interruption. When there is a power
interruption the anti freeze equipment is not
in operation.
The anti freeze cycle is operated by the
centrifugal pump. The cycled water goes
through the little opening in the hand bow-
ing gun, and does protect the high pressure
pipe and blowing gun of frost.

Warning
Danger of freezing. If the anti freezing cycle is
operating, there is always a small amount of
water running from the cleaning tool. The run
out water can always freeze, therefore icy.
Therefore, put the cleaning tool after using it
into the storage container..
