Adjust the leading vial position in the following way.
(i) The needle moves to the X1/Y1 position of the
specified rack code. The Z position is relocated at
the uppermost point.
(ii) Move

key and adjust X by
moving the needle using arrow keys. Also using
the
SELECT
key, move “

” to Y and finely adjust Y.
(iii) For further fine adjustment, move “

” to Z and insert
the needle into a vial by the arrow key.
(iv) Perform fine adjustment in the same procedure as in 2).
(v) Press
the
ENT
key to start adjustment of the last vial
position.
NOTE
: For fine adjustment in a vial with Z movement,
be sure to perform X/Y adjustments to make
sure the needle can be inserted into the vial
before Z movement into the vial. The Z shift
value in this operation will not be taken into the
rack parameter. Be sure to perform Z
adjustment in the following adjustment of the
last vial position. For adjustment with the needle
inserted, attention should be paid to the moving
distance so that the needle will not be broken.
