In the use of the hypodermic syringe (plastic injector), press
the syringe with your finger to apply proper pressure when
wash fluid is discharged through port4. Thus, air bubbles
can be removed with ease. (See Figure 5-12.)
(4) Press
the
IDLE
key after you have completed eliminating
air bubbles.
(5) Attach the sealing screw on the port4 of the syringe valve.
NOTES
: 1. If it is difficult to eliminate air bubbles from the
syringe, disconnect the syringe once (for details,
refer to 5.5 Syringe Replacement). With 2-
propanol, wash the inside of the syringe, and then
try to eliminate air bubbles.
2. When filling the syringe with a liquid, take care not
to forcedly press the tip (precision part) of the
plunger against the top wall of the syringe.
Otherwise, the tip may deform to cause a reduction
in service life or a breakage of the syringe.
