:
The plate seal in Table 6-13 is used exclusively for
aqueous samples. For organic solvent samples, use
each microplate by sealing it with the exclusive
thermal fusing type sealer or the like.
NOTE
:
Use microplate seals to prevent sample evaporation,
contamination, fluid splash, and increase constant
temperature efficiency the well plate, when the
microplate is used.
Otherwise, the instrument performance may be
degraded without the microplate seal.
NOTE
:
Be sure to use the microplate recommended by
Hitachi High-Technologies. If other microplates are
used, its original performance may not be available.
