1.1 Outline of Chromaster 5310 Column Oven
The major features of the Chromaster 5310 column oven are as
follows:
(1) Broad Temperature Control Range
Temperature rising and cooling functions based on the
principle of Peltier temperature control are provided in the
standard version of the Chromaster 5310.
Temperature control is allowed in the wide range of [room
temperature -15
°
C] to [room tempe60
°
C].
(2) High Accuracy in Temperature Control
An excellent accuracy within SD 0.2
°
C is attainable in the
entire range of temperature control.
(3) Usable for Extensive Applications such as Method
Development and Sample Concentrating Treatment
The Chromaster 5310 can mount and control either 3-
column selector valve or 6-way 2-position valve in an
optional arrangement.
The Chromaster 5310 is also equipped with a time
programming function for enabling a changeover in
temperature, option valve output, and event output at an
arbitrary time.
(4) Usable for Automated Management of Column Usage
Information.
Column usage information such as injection time, pressure,
and temperature is recorded by the column management
