14. Remove the two bolts (A) securing the radiator fan
shroud, then remove the radiator fan shroud
assembly (B) from the battery side.
15. Remove the two condenser fan shroud upper
mounting bolts (C) securing the condenser fan
shroud, and loosen the two lower mounting bolts
(D) securing the condenser fan shroud, then
remove the condenser fan shroud assembly (E)
from the battery side.
16. Pull up the radiator (A), then remove the lower
cushions (B), ATF cooler line (C), radiator cap (D),
reservoir tank (E) and drain plug (F).
17. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal.
18. Set the upper and lower cushions securely.
19. Fill the radiator with engine coolant and bleed the
air (see step 8 on page 10-13).
20. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio and the
navigation system, then enter the customer’s radio
station presets.
21. Perform the power window control unit reset
procedure (2003-2004 models) (see page 22-200).
22. Set the clock.
