Command List
RIP is a function to determine packet destinations dynamically.
RIP exchanges routing tables with adjacent routers and determines a route
based on the number of routers (hops) passed through to reach the
destination.

The maximum number of hops is approximately 15, and this function is useful in a relatively
small-size network. In a large-size network, use a routing protocol such as OSPF (Open
Shortest Path First).
71.1. enable rip
Description
This command is used to enable RIP for the Switching Hub. The default setting is disabled.
