(Optional) Permit the packet.
replace_dscp
Changes the DSCP of the packet.
<value 0-63>
Enter the DSCP replace value here. This value must be between 0 and 63.
drop Drops the packet.
counter
(Optional) Specifies the ACL counter. This is optional. The default is "disable". The
resource may be limited so that a counter cannot be turned on. Counters will be
cleared when the function is disabled.
enable
Specifies that the ACL counter parameter will be enabled.
disable
Specifies that the ACL counter parameter will be disabled.
violate
Specify the action when packet is in "red color".

color_blind
(Optional) Specify the meter mode to be color-blind. The default is color-blind
mode.
color_aware
(Optional) Specify the meter mode to be color-aware. When this code is specified,
user could set the "in-coming packet color" by using command "config
color_aware". The final color of packet is determined by the initial color of packet
and the metering result.
