Description
This command is used to decide the checksum in register packet will include the data
portion or not. As defined in RFC 4601, the checksum for Registers is done only on the first
8 bytes of the packet, including the PIM header and the next 4 bytes, excluding the data
packet portion. Some earlier PIM-SM routers will calculate checksum for register packet
including data portion. This configuration makes our routers communicate with those
earlier routers smoothly. The default set is not including data portion.
