Redistribute routes into BGP.

Syntax
redistribute {connected | static} [route-map
map-name
]
To disable redistribution, use the
no redistribution [connected | static]
[route-map
map-name
]
command.
Parameters
connected
Enter the keyword
connected
to redistribute routes from
physically connected interfaces.
static
Enter the keyword
static
to redistribute manually
configured routes. These routes are treated as incomplete
routes.
route-map
map-name
(OPTIONAL) Enter the keywords
route-map
followed by the
name of an established route map. Only the following
ROUTE-MAP mode commands are supported:
• match ipv6 address
• match ipv6 next-hop
• match ipv6 route-source
• set ipv6 next-hop
If the route map is not configured, the default is
deny
(to
drop all routes).

Information
If you do not configure the
default-metric
command in addition to the
redistribute
command, or there is no route map to set the metric, the metric
for redistributed static and connected is “0”.
To redistribute the default route (0::0/0), configure the
neighbor default-
originate
command.
