still requires its own default route before it can generate one.
How a metric value assigned to a default route advertises depends on the
metric-
style
command configuration. If the
metric-style
command is set for Narrow
mode and the metric value in the
default-information originate
command
is set to a number higher than 63, the metric value advertised in the LSPs is 63. If
the
metric-style
command is set for Wide mode, the metric value in the
default-information originate
command is advertised.
