Usage
Information
When you enable the
bgp non-deterministic-med
command, the
show ip
bgp
command output for a BGP route does not list the INACTIVE reason.
In BGP, this command displays the exact reason why the route is discarded.
The following describes the
show ip bgp
command shown in the following
example.
Field
Description
Network
Displays the destination network prefix of each BGP route.
Next Hop
Displays the next hop address of the BGP router. If 0.0.0.0 is
listed in this column, then local routes exist in the routing
table.
Metric
Displays the BGP route’s metric, if assigned.
LocPrf
Displays the BGP LOCAL_PREF attribute for the route.
Weight
Displays the route’s weight.
Path
Lists all the ASs the route passed through to reach the
destination network.
The
show ip bgp
command displays the dmzlink-dw details only if dmzlink-bw is
enabled using the
bgp dmzlink-dw
command.
